A 45-minute hands-on program is based on a science theme. A typical program session includes circle time (topic introduction, story or demonstration), hands-on centers and review/wrap-up. Kit themes include: fossils & dinosaurs, insects & spiders, inside my body, magnets, Junior Engineers, or ocean animals.
With CSC’s preschool program, our educators contract with local preschools and school district “More at Four” programs to deliver a year’s curriculum in either monthly or twice-monthly sessions.
Monthly cost: $900 + mileage*
Twice monthly cost: $1,800 + mileage*
*Mileage is based on the current government rate.
Centers can bring hands-on science to their preschoolers with one program at a time, as well as for $200/visit + mileage. Other opportunities include teacher/parent workshops and parent/child enrichment programs.

Fabulous and I don’t often give praise. We took our grandson and were there for hours. He loved it and so did we.
We love the Science Center! I take my 2 and 4 year old boys weekly to play and enjoy the exhibits. The staff are wonderful and the classes offered are excellent! We are so blessed to have such an amazing resource in our area.
This place was great. We have kids from 8 to 1 and they all had a great time. What I really liked is most of the exhibits are hands on and that really kept them occupied.
