SOLAR SYSTEM ODYSSEY

This is an adventure set in the future, in a time when humans have depleted the resources of their home planet. A business tycoon recruits our hero on a mission to discover a new home for humans to colonize. Learn about these possible alternative worlds.

MOLECULARIUM: RIDING SNOWFLAKES

Review the 3 states of matter and learn all about atoms and molecules in this animated feature.

ASTRONAUT

The exploration of space is the greatest endeavor that humankind has ever undertaken. What does it take to be part of this incredible journey? What does it take to become an astronaut? Go from Earth into space and beyond.

THE INCREDIBLE SUN

Every second the Sun emits millions of times more energy than the worlds consume every year. Where does such a huge amount of power come from? Discover our star through the breathtaking time lapses. Thanks to the real images taken by the Solar Dynamics Observatory and processed by advanced mathematical methods, you will experience the true nature of the Sun and find out that it is far from being as calm as it seems at first glance.

We are out-of-this-world excited to announce that the Millholland Planetarium has a state-of-the-art digital projector! The new projector still has old favorites, now with brighter and more crisp images, along with new shows!

Features of the new projector include...

  • The ability to 'dome cast' or share live and recorded events from other planetariums!
  • Access to the database of over 400 partners that CSC can use as programmatic elements!
  • The Digistar 7's connectivity will allow CSC to stream live feeds like NASA's Perseverance landing mission control experience!
